New 32 ounce Bella Cold Brewer has a sleek new beautiful bamboo frame. Our Cold Brewers are unlike traditional iced coffee brewers, in which the coffee is poured straight over ice which releases bitter acids into the beans. The elaborate hourglass reduces acidity by nearly 70 percent and produces an uncommonly smooth drink. The processed coffee can be refrigerated for up to two weeks for hot and cold coffee drinks. This coffee maker would make a lovely addition to your kitchen, store or shop. Ice and water are placed in the top jar and by regulating the dripping water through the valve in the center; coffee is steeped and ends up in the carafe at the bottom of the tower. Through a unique process using pure ice water, ice drip coffee produces a unique flavor not found in regular brewed coffee. It's easy to use. Just put the water and coffee grounds into the brewer and you are ready to go.
